The registration office and the responsible authority for registration in Slovakia is the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic. The Office is the central state administration body for industrial property. It fulfills this role on the basis of Act no. 575/2001 Coll. on the organization of government activities and the organization of the central state administration.
